For a mechanical piece running poorly, a full service is typically the right path. For older pieces with sentimental or collector value, we assess the extent of restoration work needed and discuss options with you first.

Battery replacements are typically same-day or next-day if parts are on hand. A full mechanical service takes two to four weeks — we run a multi-day timing observation after reassembly. Vintage restoration work is six to ten weeks because sourcing period-correct parts takes time. We update you along the way.

Yes. We inspect first, then give you a written assessment and price before touching the watch. Nothing proceeds without your approval. If we find something unexpected during a service, we pause and contact you before continuing.

The prices listed are starting points for standard work. A battery replacement on a straightforward case is ฿4,800 all in. Mechanical services vary if the movement requires additional parts or if there is hidden damage. We will confirm the exact figure before any work begins.

Watches in our care are kept in a secure, climate-controlled room and signed in and out with a paper log. We carry insurance for items under service. You will receive a receipt at drop-off and a handback document at collection.

We do accept postal repairs for mechanical servicing and vintage restoration. Use a tracked, insured courier. We advise declaring a modest value on customs forms to avoid delays — contact us and we can walk you through the practical steps before you send anything.
